RETURN, REPLACEMENT & EXCHANGE POLICY
At The Classical Motor Hub, all products are made-to-order and printed specifically for each customer. Because of the custom nature of our Print-on-Demand products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect color selection, design preference, or ordering the wrong size.
Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.

Size Exchange Policy
We understand that sizing issues can occasionally occur. We offer a one-time size exchange under the following conditions:
• Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the order.
• The item must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in its original condition.
• Original tags and packaging must be intact.
• Customers may be required to bear the shipping cost for size exchanges unless otherwise stated.
• Size exchanges are subject to stock and product availability.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
If you receive:
• A damaged item
• A defective product
• An incorrect item
• A product with a printing defect
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
• Your order number
• Clear photographs of the product
• Photographs of the packaging (if applicable)
After verification, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable Items
As all products are custom-made on demand, we do not accept returns or refunds for:
• Change of mind
• Incorrect size ordered by the customer
• Personal preference regarding color, fit, or design
• Minor variations in print placement or color due to screen settings
• Sale or discounted items
• Gift cards

Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled before production begins.
Once an order has entered production or has been printed, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded.

Refund Policy
Refunds are only issued in the following situations:
• The product received is defective and a replacement is unavailable.
• The wrong item was delivered and a replacement cannot be arranged.
• The order is lost in transit and confirmed by the shipping partner.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Please note that banks and payment providers may take additional time to reflect the refund.

European Union Customers
If merchandise is shipped to the European Union, applicable consumer protection laws may provide additional rights. However, customized and made-to-order products may be exempt from standard cancellation rights under EU regulations.
